Our modern 70 m² holiday apartment accommodates 3 to 6 people and is situated directly on the cross-country ski trail—away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 minutes from the village train station and parking lot.

Apartment features: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, open living kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher), terrace, crockery and linens provided, garage parking directly at the house.

Thanks to our ideal location, the village train (subway) station is just 80 meters away, bringing you quickly to the cable cars that take you up to the Serfaus mountains.

In winter, discover the dream ski region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis with over 200 kilometers of slopes and 68 modern lifts, ensuring almost no waiting times. In summer, Serfaus offers many hiking trails, walking paths, and the fun and relaxing Murmliwasser adventure playground.
